ACM EAAMO'25 - Financial Assistance applications

At ACM EAAMO'25, we are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and diverse conference experience. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to offer financial assistance to attendees who may face barriers to participation.

We especially encourage applications from those with submitted papers, posters, or those participating in the doctoral consortium, though anyone interested in attending is welcome to apply. Deadline for poster submissions and doctoral consortium participation is July, 25.

Our financial support may include:

• In-person registration fee waiver

• Virtual registration fee waiver

• Travel grants (to help cover travel costs and/or accommodation)

Please note that support will be provided based on individual need and available funds. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist all applicants. We kindly ask that you apply only if you do not have access to other funding, and request the minimum necessary support to allow us to assist as many participants as possible.
