Financial Assistance Applications Open for ACM EAAMO’26
Applications are now open for financial assistance to attend ACM EAAMO’26. As part of its commitment to an inclusive, accessible, and diverse conference, EAAMO is offering support to participants who may otherwise face financial barriers to attending.
Financial assistance may include an in-person or virtual registration fee waiver, as well as a travel grant to help cover transportation and accommodation expenses. The support awarded will depend on each applicant’s circumstances and the availability of funds.
Because funding is limited, applicants are asked to apply only when they do not have access to alternative sources of support and to request the minimum amount necessary. This will allow the conference to assist as many participants as possible.
The application deadline is August 25, 2026. Financial assistance decisions are expected to be announced around September 10, 2026.
